Auto and Car Insurance

Taking my vehicle!?

I had miss a payment on my car, and I had problems with AAA auto insurance. Since I didn't have any auto insurance, but now do, and start trying to make up for the back payment for my car. My ower which is California Bear Credit Union, want the car back, My monthly payment is $328.00 and I had paid them $300.00 in 2/08 and $400.00 in 3/03; A total of $700.00 This $700.00 was not deducted from my vehicle, nor didn't they refund it or sent me a notice "We just want the vehicle back, and we're refund your $700.00. They got some hill billy attorney out there is TX, that calls me and talk to be in a bad brutality and disrespectful cruel way, tells me that he's going to file a Breach Of Contract case against me, Etc. I tried to correct this issue, but they just want their car back. But there's absolutely nothing said about my $700.00 refund. And how could you file a breach of contract against someone that's now pay what's owed and have auto insurance now? What must I do now?

  1. It doen't make sense unless they put insurance on your car so that it protected them if anything was to happen to it. If they did your payments are going to higher so maybe you are still behind. If you are more than 3 months behind they repo it. It doesn't sound right why take you to court when they can repo it. ,Someone has their wires crossed. Call and talk with someone from your loan company ASP!
  2. Dude you need to talk to a lawyer. Or call your insurance company and explain the situation to them.
