does anyone here use Esurance for auto insurance?
If so, what do you think of them (as a customer)? Furthermore, has anyone filed a CLAIM with them? What was it like? (That's the real test...) Thank you.

- Okay, I had them a long time ago. I wasn't really so comfortable with them, just so you know. They charge sooo little and really have just a tiny amount of money if you check out their net worth on the Department of Insurance's website.. eh. Didn't make me feel good at all. Plus back then (dunno if they've changed this now), they were open 24/7 but after banking hours, I had to leave a message with a phone tree monkey to have someone licensed call me back to make changes on my policy. That was kind of like.. why be open that late if no one can really help me? As for a claim, I was in a not-at-fault accident while with them and wanted to claim my bodily injuries on my Personal Injury Protection since State Farm was being ignorant. They refused and said that State Farm would have to pay out, despite the fact that PIP is a no-fault coverage and by definition, they technically HAD to pay out if I requested it.
