Auto insurance search ?

Is there a way or system to find out if someone has car insurance ? (Geico,Progressive, Allstate,State Farm, etc ) a site, a phone number. Please someone help if you can. Thanks

1. Nope. There are ways for law enforcement to do that but not the public. You will have to call the person up and ask them. Which is a good thing - b/c now complete strangers can't access a database and find out your insurance information and file fraudulent claims against it.
2. You would need to phone the other parties insurance, if they said they had one, you would just phone and check. Otherwise you might want to contact the police with her tag # to see if they'll assist you. If you filed a police report, they should be able to tell you what company she's insured with.
