has anyone filed a claim against progressive car insurance.?

Anyone been in a car accident with progressive auto insurance..how do they pay for your damages if their policy holder is at fault. Do u take your car to a body shop and they come there write you a check>\

1. No, but i did work for them. Simple... 1) you can either take your car to their service center or repair shop and they will take care of everything and youw ill have 100% guarentee on the repairs OR 2) They will do an estimate on your vehicle.. and you will take that estimate to wherever you want your repairs done. As long as the body shop is reasonable- they will work out any supplements directly with the shop. If you dont want to repair your vehicle.. you can just keep the check and thats that. I highly recommend if you do want repairs - using one of their shops- youll have a guarantee on the repairs.. PLUS.. you dont risk your rental being cut off (if your shop takes too long.. they wont keep paying for rental- they only owe reasonable rental)
