Auto and Car Insurance

What auto insurance companies in CA, besides Progressive, look at 3 years (instead of 5) of driving history?

Can anyone recommend auto insurance companies (for California) that only look at three years of driving history instead of five? Something other than Progressive. Thanks.

1. None. this is mandated by the State of California Insurance Commission.
2. Allstate insurance starts you out clean and untill you have an accident or speeding ticket or something really extremly bad I will recomand it for anybody
3. I work for State Farm and we only count the last three years unless a DUI in involved, but if answer #1 is correct, then it sounds like California regulations require 5 years.
4. Most companies only look at 3 years unless there is a DUI or some other major violation. You may want to try a website that compares multiple companies at once to get you the best price.
