Auto and Car Insurance

Does anyone have their auto insurance through Progressive?

How have you liked them both the good and bad. I'm looking to switch companies...

2. my sister has them they are cheaper than alstate and alstate wanted like 250 dollars just for them to start ensuring her and progressive was cheap and easy
3. well personally, i don't buy insurance over the Internet because it insecure! what if i got a hacker? anyways i think it best if you find a company not through the Internet.
4. progessive has been the cheapest and the best service i had ever gotten from car ins. companies. my sister is an allstate agent and even with a discount, i still prefer prgressive......lol
5. i did, and it was fine for the first 6 months. then they jacked my rate up 15%, because my "introductory period' had expired. ticked me off since i've never had a ticket or an accident. so i switched to geico for 6 mos, then back to progressive @ the introductory rate again. :) Cheating a bit, but hey, what do you expect?
6. I have my motorcycle insured through them. They had the best policy and the best price. However, on my truck and home they couldn't even come close to what i'm paying through Shelter Ins. Co. My advice is to try at least 3 different places and make sure you get quotes on the same coverage at all 3 places.
7. when husband was delivering pizzas, not many would insure him. so we went to progressive. we were happy with them. he stopped delivering pizza, we kept progressive. then we found out that allstate does discounts for multiple policies. so we switched and got car, renter's and life. when we moved, we changed renter's to home owner's. when we were broken into, it only took about 4to 8 days and we had check in hand to replace door and items that were stolen.
8. PROGRESSIVE IS GOOD, THEY ARE SO EASY TO PAY ON LINE OR OVER THE PHONE. THEY DO PAY QUICKLY IF YOU ARE COVERED FOR BEING OUT OF WORK DUE TO AN ADDICENT. THEY ARE RIGHT ON TIME. I THINK THEIR PRICES ARE FAIR.
