Anyone have progressive auto insurance?

How is the service? Any great experiences? Would you recommend it?

1. I've been selling it for about a year now and our clients are pretty happy with it. I also have it for my car and I haven't had any problems. I like how they are always available day or night for anything we may need.
2. Yes, they are one of the few companies that offer commercial insurance in the coverages I need. Pretty good web page for getting information, good at notifying all the people that need to be notified when you are commercial, haven't had to worry about a claim yet.
3. i have state farm. however, 2 weeks ago i was hit with someone that has progressive. I'm very impressed with them. My car was fixed in less than a week from the time of the accident. The thing i liked the best (my insurance has this too) was that i didn't have to drive around to get 3 different estimates, i just had to go to a garage on their preferred list. Also, all repairs are insured for life. that means, if the garage messed up, they'll pay to fix it for free. if i wasn't happy with my current insurance, i would see about changing to them.
4. I love it and they are very assessible online. You have access to everything and they have competitive rates.
5. I've sold Progressive for about 10 years. They are GREAT. Super service, super fast with claims.
6. I've had Progressive insurance before. I never had to file a claim, thank goodness, but their Web site and customer service is really good. I'm a claims adjuster, and when I've had to contact their claims department, the adjusters are really helpful. I think they have a good claim processing program also.
