Progressive Auto Insurance?

I got in an accident earlier today. Does Progressive have an accident forgiveness program for the first accident? How fast do they handle claims and do they cover all but $500.00 really if you have the $500.00 deductable?

1. They will cover everything after you pay your deductible. As far as accident forgiveness, i have never heard of it from progressive, but I had an accident last summer and my rates have not gone up at all so.....
2. I am not aware of Progressive having an accident forgiveness program, that was Allstate. Progressive handles most claims on the spot. Most of the time, they will cover all the charges over your deductible for all repairs that are needed due to the accident. "Betterment" is the only time they do not cover all the charges. Betterment is when a part, such as tires, are worn and need to be replaced due to the accident; they will only pay a percentage of the tire.
3. They do not have accident forgiveness, but will cover all expenses past your deductible.
