Has someone had personal experience with Progressive Auto Insurance?

I have gotten several car insurance quotes. Progressive is one of the lowest. But the lowest does not always equal the best service when an accident happens. Thank you for your answers.

2. I've worked with them for over 6 years as an auto claims representative. I always felt like that did a good job in working with me and their insureds. 3. I have been a licensed insurance agent or broker for 20 years, and owned my own agency for the last twelve years. Progressive is one of many companies that my agency is appointed to sell policy's for. They are a great company and in my experience their Claims Department does a real good job and is second to none. Their customer service department has the ability to solve most issues promptly or answer most questions a consumer might have. And to top it off, they are actually polite in the process. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend Progressive to any of my own clients.
