Auto and Car Insurance

Car Insurance with Progressive. Does anyone know the ICC # for NY for Progressive Auto Insurance?

Everytime I call, I get a different number and my license plate has been suspended because of lack of proof of insurance. Although I have it with PROGRESSIVE!! Trying to enter the info online with NY DMV to speed things up. It is a 3 digit #.
