Is Geico a good auto insurance company?

I currently have State Farm, but I want to find a cheaper insurance rate. I hear Geico is relatively cheap, but do they offer good service?

1. It really depends on some factor. Insurance agency varies from state, age, gender, etc. There are lots of things to consider in order to get cheap car insurance. You can always compare auto insurance quotes from different auto insurance companies online. Good luck on your search. :)
2. No. Go 2 Progressive or Ensurance they are the best you can go for.
3. alot of insurance companies today go by your credit rating, why i don't know, if you have bad credit don't use geico. but best advice ask the company before you buy if they use your rating for billing.
4. I've had Geico for about 3 years and have never had any problems with them. Their customer service is excellent in my opinion. But one thing with them is that I believe they do use credit score to calculate your premium so if your credit score is not too great then you might not be saving much. I've had my rates reduced with 6 months when I have no accidents or claims against my account.
