1. I switched to Geico afte 15 years with allstate( they were way too high)
2. i think the california health auto insurance because they can provide information and resources for people looking for auto insurance in Sacramento, car insurance quotes in San Francisco, quality auto insurance companies in Fresno and San Diego as well as all other parts of California.
3. Financial strength, customer service, prompt claim handling, local office/agent are all important factors for me, and also being able to move my policies from state to state easily....I have State Farm.
