What are the names of some small auto insurance companies in Pennsylvania?

I am not interested in big companies like Geico. If you have a policy with a smaller auto insurance company and you have a good experience with them I would appreciate the information. Thanks in advance. P.S. Also, I do not need websites that provide you with a number of quotes because after you submit your info to them you cannot get rid of agents calling you for the next couple of weeks.

1. My two favorites, are Erie, and Merchants Mutual. They are both small regional carriers - they don't write nationwide, but do a GREAT job. You're right, online websites will harvest your personal information, and sell it as leads.
