  1. I am not sure, but I have bad credit and I got a good rate with Geico. I would check them out.
  2. None of them do that for the amount you pay as far as I know. They should be more interested in the type of vehicle you want to insure and your driving history. They might need to check out your credit score if you want to pay monthly instead of in full at the start of cover.
