Insurance amount for a leese Honda Civic 2007 ceden basic?

I am 29 years old with only 1 year active driving experiance. I called an insurance company and asked for the amount for the mentioned car that I have decided to leese, they told me $155 per month. Isn't it too high? What if I finance it? will it be lower? Thanks
