does anybody know the basic turkish traffic rules eg insurance tax etc?

will my english full liscence be good enough?

1. ya no prob , I think the car is insured not the person Im heading over on friday and have a hired car and im using my full Irish licence. My brother has a mini bus over there and everyone with a full Licence gets a loan and drives it no problem I.m. Me if u want
