  1. first of all, it's sued, not sewed. Second, most insurance is on the car, not the driver. As long as the car is insured, you are licensed to drive and have the permission of the owner/insurer to drive it, the insurance should cover any accident. Finally, yes you can be sued for ANY accident you cause regardless of insurance. Insurance doesn't protect you from getting sued, it just pays for the lawsuit up to the amount of the coverage.
  2. If you have a valid license and have permission to drive an insured Vehicle, you will be covered. Any lawsuit will be defended by Grandmas insurance company. You will be covered. Thanks for doing a good deed. Tip: Please don't start a question with "okay" and avoid the word "like"
  3. I'm guessing they thought you would be sued for not having insurance? Do you have your own insurance? Like are you on your parents' policy? Because as long as you have your own insurance, then you can drive other peoples car and are still covered. So no, you wouldn't get sued.
