Auto and Car Insurance

i just got a great quote from progressive for auto insurance. anyone out there had any bad luck with them?

1. I've had them for about 3 years and never had any problems.
2. yup. state farm gave me a better quote by $110. but of course, progressive told me about it lol

4. the only problem I have has is I sent my premium and I reversed the numbers on the check and not in the check book which resulted in a $10.00 shortage and they dropped me . I even called to talk to a real person to try and solve my problem and in short they told me TOUGH ! I had to get another agency . I had them for 10 years besides that no problems
5. Well, if you get into a minor accident, I recommend you find a mechanic who you know personally to get the job done, "under the table" so to speak, and do NOT report it. Other than that, they're ok so far. They paid for the entire bumper plus a new headlamp (COMPLETELY UNECESSARY) (-$300.00) and now I have to wait 3 years before I can pay the same rate again!! YAY! I love auto insurance. It was a wonderful invention by the... thieves we call our government... and we blindly oblige without complaint or argumentation.
6. Hi, I currently have progresive and have not had bad luck with them. They are not one of those horrible rated insurance companies, they are nationwide and have a good reputation. My advise is to use someone like them or I had Allstate and got into an accidnet and they were right on top of what needed to be done..no wiating or messing around. Progressive has been just as well to me too.
7. What are you kidding. Let me explain I had them as my insurer. I was hit and was told by progressive it was my fault. After we went to court to prove that I was not at fault and found not guilty I was still told by them I was at fault. Not this was what they said but thy did not invesgate it at all thy said that the other person involved said I was at fault and thy took his word. So how did thy come to this conclusion when I proved I was not at fault. I would not tell anyone to trust these people no matter what. I had my motorhome, my motorcycle and my van all insured by them and droped all of it after that.
