Can some one please clarify the following Churchill assumption for a car insurance quote.?
You use the vehicle for social, domestic and pleasure use or for commuting to and from your normal place of work if your occupation is one of the following: Motor Trade, Retired, Housewife/Househusband, Driver, Student and Unemployed. For all other occupations the vehicle may be used in connection with your business or those of your spouse, partner or civil partner (not business partner). Now dose this mean I can drive to from home to the supermarket where I work and back home again and can you put it as spimply as possable please.

- Yes.
- hi yes you can use it for work but not for business ie to transport goods for the place you work 4
- I'm sure they have given you a quote for social and business for you and any wife/husband etc. As you only want it to cover you for social and the journey to and from work ask for a re-quote it may be cheaper. But yes you can safely drive to your supermarket work place
- yep you can
- Yes but I think you may have missed something out because it does not read properly
- Yes, you can use it for anything except a commercial venture. If you plan to turn it into, for example, a taxi cab, you would need additional coverage.
