what is rule of in the case of unregistered vehicle insurance claim?

i have one vehicle but it is not registered by RTO and this vehicle has been stolen..

1. Was it insured but not registered? If so, you should be fine. But if it was unregistered & uninsured, then you are out of luck.
2. Depends on the requirements of your insurance company. Many vehicles that are being restored are not registered but have insurance coverage for fire and theft and other damages.
3. Report it stolen. If you have insurance coverage, report it to the insurance also. At least after you report it stolen, you won't be responsible for anything it's involved in.
