HELP One day Car Insurance?

i have to go somewhere very important tomorrow but i have to take the car with me, at the moment i am not insured and i have been trying to find out if i can get insured only for one day but no luck, so PLS if anyone can tell me a web or company that can help me with this i would very much appreciate it AND pls no silly comments, i have tried Direct line but no succses. thnx Sam

1. No such thing as one day car insurance. If you absolutely have to take the car, get it insured with a full policy. If you can't do that, make some other arrangements because you can't drive without insurance.
2. Call any car insurance company. Give them your info; have the start date be tomorrow; when you're finished using the car call them back and cancel. Voila! They can only charge you up until 12 Midnight of the day you cancelled.
3. Nope....sorry 30 days minimum unless you get a rental with one day of the insurance coverage.
