Auto and Car Insurance

vehicle insurance question?

If I make a buisness delivery in my personal vehicle and have an accident, will my insurance cover me?

  1. Depends on your policy, but prob not. Your employers insurance will most likely end up being responsible if you are on company business when the accident occurs.
  2. Your insurance will cover you in all accidents no matter why you were driving.
  3. You should be covered under your state's labor and industry laws. You would be on company time, during your regular working day, correct? The company's insurance should cover you and your vehicle, you should also be receiving a mileage stipend,I believe it's around .30cents for every mile.
