Does anyone have any experience with Esurance Auto Insurance?

does anyone here use Esurance for auto insurance? If so, what do you think of them (as a customer)? Furthermore, has anyone filed a CLAIM with them? What was it like? (That's the real test...) Thank you.

Auto insurance with eSurance. Are they good? I received very good quote from eSurance on my 2 vehicles. My friends told me that sometimes insurance companies (especially those less expensive) can drop their clients after claim, which results in higher rate later on. Does anybody have any experiance with Esurance and their claim department. I can save a lot of money by switching to Esurance but if that's going to get me in trouble I'd rather stay with my currant provider and pay them more. Anybody experianced "droping" by the auto insurance company? Esurance have a lot of commercials on TV and radio but does that make them good? Any suggestions? Please give me any answers. Thank you!

Auto Insurance Esurance or 21st Century? I've had esurance for almost a yr. now and my parents are giving me a hard time about having a "small out of state company" auto inurance and is telling me to switch to 21st century...BECAUSE its better? However i'm saving myself $200 even though i would have the same "ideal" coverage for my car. What do you guys think? Should i switch because 21st is well known? My parents have never heard of Esurance even though i've seen it so many times on the tv adds. P.S. I'm paying for my own auto insurance...just wanted to get some suggestions.

How to lodge a consumer complaint about an auto insurance co.? I am with Esurance auto insurance and I want to lodge a complaint somewhere about thier services. It seems that every time I call for info on a quote or why my bill is constantly increasing every few months I get different answers! The agent I talked to today of course they dont have record of thier agents giving me the wrong info over and over, and they dont want to go back into the phone records. This Esurance is crap! Dont ever go with them. They always have an excuse for your rates increasing!!!! And thier agents 'never' give you the wrong info on what you bill will be. Where can I lodge a complaint about them? The esurance customer service will not even lodge a complaint for me because they say they dont see any info that was given to me wrong! (they will see it if they go back in thier phone records if they even have them) Please help. I'm sick of this company. I was told my monthly payment was gonna be $105 per month and then it shot up to $118 a month, now it is $124 month

Do all car insurance rates drop when you turn 25? When I turned 25 everyone told me congrats that my car insurance rate would drop. I never heard of this. Auto insurance rate increase for California? i noticed this year 2008 when i was up for my 6 month renewal monthly payment plan that my payments were higher. i bought my car, a mazda cx-7 june of 2007 and i was paying $95 a month, now i have to pay $114 a month. no new accidents or tickets since buying the car. i was expecting nothing to change, but then i noticed this. so i called them (esurance) today and they told me that all of California had premium increases. is this true? i had a feeling they were bullshi**ing me. can someone please give me a link to this in the news or something if this is true? are there any other reasons why my premium should have gone up if i didnt change anything on it from last year? i always thought if everything is the same and my record is clean it should go down slightly every renewal? should i shop around? is this normal for auto insurance? I have got quote from almost all the comapnies, esurance, geico, state farm, farmers, allstate, and some more . Cheap Auto Insurance in FL? I'm 19 years old and I got my license in Sept of 06 (almost a year) My insurance is REALLY HIGH! By myself I am looking at around 700 a month (my car is Fianced, 04 Mitsu lancer ES) so I am put under my 22 year old boyfriend insurance. With his 02 Audi A6 and my car, we are paying 495 a month. (South Florida) (Esurance is who we have) We have called Geico and Progressive adn State Farm and nothing is giving us a smaller quote. Does anyone know a good insurance company that is cheaper with students, new drivers, etc..? We also do not live in the same household, and some insurance agencys will not cover us for nothing living together. But anyways, just let me know if you know of a cheaper insurance agency. Thanks.

Can I dispute my credit card charge? Back in January 2008. I got into a car accident and my car was total lost. I do not have my car any more. Today I found out my auto insurance company automatic charged my credit card on a new auto insurance policy. My credit card was charged on 3-28-2008. The policy takes in effect on 4-6-2008. Do I call my credit card company and dispute the charge and have the charges taken off ? or Do I call my auto insurance company to cancel the policy ? and then get charged for a cancellation fee of $50 ? What does "Notice in Writing" means ?? I want to cancel my auto insurance policy. Does calling my insurance company on the phone to request canceling my policy counts as "writing in notice" ? Or do I have to write a letter and send it by mail to my insurance company stating that I want to cancel my policy ? My company is Esurance.com They have an 800 # and email contact.
