My husband and I have insurance through a nationally known firm. When my son got his drivers license (he is 17) our insurance doubled (I knew that would happen). He has since then had his license taken away for 6 months. When I called the insurance company to have him dropped from the policy they said there would be no reduction in our premium. I asked why and they said as long as he lives in our home it will stay that way. I said that is crazy, he HAS NO LICENSE!. They said as long as anyone lives in our home and has no auto insurance, they are an automatic risk for us, they may take one of our cars in an emergency situation. I have never heard of this. Auto Insurance? Yesterday at school me and a girl backed our trucks into each other. We were both parked behind each other in the school parking lot and backed out at the same time. She ended up pullin out faster than me and i hit the side of her truck with my bumper. It put a tiny dent into the side of her truck. She wants me to pay for her truck getting fixed, since nothing happened to my truck. I was just wondering what the insurance company would do.. cuz it was both our faults.. so would my insurance pay or would hers for her truck?

auto insurance? i recently put my car in a collision shop and the collision shop says they need new parts for the car and the adjuster doesnt want to write the check. my car is old 2000 and the damage extends through the whole back and onto the side of my car. My insurance basically wants to pound out all the metal and bondal everything and just paint over whatever is damages(basically cutting their cost) is there anything i can do about it?i feel that my car deserves more than that i havnt had any accidents and 1 ticket through out my driving life.

Auto Insurance? My brothers car was stolen from his drive way. Who ever stole it wrecked it. My question is will insurance still cover it even if he left the keys in it? They have comprehinsive coverage with a $500 deductable. He lives way out in the sticks and it isn't or should I say was not uncommon to leave the keys in your car and your house unlocked and such.
